Statute
The statute governs the structure, purpose and operation of the association.
Art. 1 – Name and Registered Office
The employer association Conflavoro PMI Genova is hereby constituted, as a territorial branch of Conflavoro PMI – Confederation of Small and Medium Enterprises and Self-Employed. The registered office is at Via Curtatone 2/2 – 16100 Genova (GE).
Art. 2 – Purpose
The association pursues the following objectives:
- Represent and protect the interests of micro, small and medium enterprises before public and private institutions
- Participate in collective labour bargaining at national and local level
- Promote entrepreneurial culture, innovation and the growth of the local economic fabric
- Provide trade union, legal, tax and training assistance services to members
- Support the internationalisation of SMEs in foreign markets
Art. 3 – Members
Sole traders, partnerships, corporations, professionals and self-employed individuals with a VAT number carrying out economic activity in any sector may join the association. Membership is granted upon written application and payment of the membership fee.
Art. 4 – Governing Bodies
The governing bodies of the association are:
- The Members' Assembly
- The Board of Directors
- The President
- The Board of Auditors (where appointed)
Art. 5 – Financial Resources
The financial resources of the association consist of: membership fees, contributions from members and third parties, proceeds from services provided to members, public and private grants, donations and bequests.
Art. 6 – Dissolution
Dissolution of the association is resolved by the Members' Assembly with the favourable vote of at least three quarters of members entitled to vote. Upon dissolution, the remaining assets are transferred to associations with similar purposes or to public utility bodies.
