Conflavoro PMI: history and mission
Conflavoro PMI was founded in 2010 with the aim of giving a voice to micro, small and medium-sized enterprises in Italy, historically under-represented at the trade union and institutional tables dominated by major employer organisations.
Over more than fifteen years of activity, Conflavoro has built a capillary network of 230 confederation offices distributed throughout Italy, with over 90,000 member companies and more than 1,000 active staff members. It is today one of the most dynamic and representative employer associations on the Italian scene.
National and territorial structure
Conflavoro PMI is structured around a national headquarters based in Rome, and regional and provincial delegations that operate autonomously in the interest of local businesses. Each local office maintains a direct relationship with regional institutions, chambers of commerce and workers' trade union organisations.
The Genova office, active at Via Curtatone 2/2, is the reference point for businesses in the metropolitan city and throughout Liguria.
The trade union role
Conflavoro PMI is a signatory to numerous National Collective Labour Agreements (CCNL), through which it defines working conditions for hundreds of thousands of workers in sectors ranging from services to logistics, from commerce to IT.
Through collective bargaining, Conflavoro provides member companies with flexible and modern tools for managing employment relationships, while respecting workers' rights.
